Once your request is verified, we will permanently delete:

Streaks and daily goals

Reward and ad-free status

Subscription records (if any)
Processing time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 days of receiving the request.
Important notes

Requests must be sent from the email address associated with your Step Counter account.

After deletion, your data cannot be recovered.

Some transaction or billing-related records may be retained if required by law.
